Photoshoots are upon the availability of our photographer, Sarah. For examples of her photography style check out her Instagram page @iamsarah.nicole or her website Sarah Nicole Photography. Sarah serves within 25 km from the Port Mann bridge, outside of that there will be a travel fee incurred.

Food & Drink Add-ons

If you have any food allergies or special dietary requirements please let us know in the “additional comments” section of the booking form so we can advise our vendors. Please note there may be a small fee incurred.

Event Location

All locations are subject to review.

Travel fees will be incurred over 15 km outside of the Coquitlam city centre. Please refer to our travel zone fees to see prices by distance.

In case of poor weather, please provide a backup location that must be either undercover or indoors.
